Shooting at Jane and 401

What would Friday night be without a good ol’ shooting?

A man in his 20s was rushed to a trauma centre in serious condition after he was shot Friday night in North York. 

Toronto police officers are sweeping the area around Jane Street and Highway 401 for two possible suspects in the attack. 

Const. Allyson Douglas-Cook said police were called to the area at 7:41 p.m. and found one man seriously injured. She could not say where he had been shot. 

Investigators were searching for two people suspected to be involved in the shooting, but Cook could not provide a description.
