Andrei Zodian for City Councillor!

We learned that our president and founder is considering running for office.

In our long history, we have met with virtually every candidate in our ward and attempted to ensure that the electorate is aware of their choices and make an informed decision when in the voting booth. While Mr. Zodian is technically not a candidate yet as he cannot file his papers until September 24, we wish him best of luck in an election that is now more controversial and unpredictable than the most populist candidate, just like we did we every other candidate in our Ward, and we will do so to every candidate in our Ward when the candidates list (and ballot) are finalized.

Not long ago, many pundits were shocked to see former Conservative MP Dean Del Mastro in handcuffs after having been found guilty of running afoul of election spending rules. In our beloved City of Toronto, a similarly ignoramus of ethical rules gets a mere slap on his wrists, where the handcuffs should have been.
