Toronto found by PWC (Price, Waterhouse, Cooper) to be the 4th most attractive city in the world by PWC after London, New York and Singapore.

De-amalgamation - the growing desideratum

It is no secret that Toronto’s amalgamation, perpetrated by the Conservatives, happened against the will of the voters. In Montreal it happened on the same oppositional background under the Liberals.
